Local Support Groups

The Prenatal & Postpartum Depression Support Group-Biddeford, Maine....Located at the Birthing Suite at Southern Maine Medical Center, this support group meets every Wednesday morning from 10:30-12:00.  Pre-registration is required.  To pre-register, call either (207)283-7350 or (207)283-7143.  The group is moderated by an R.N. and a social worker from SMMC.

Postpartum Adjustment Support Group-Portland, Maine...Located at the office of Backcove Midwives 527 Ocean Avenue, Portland, the group meets Thursdays from 10:30-11:30 am.  For more information call Linda Boardman or Mary Curlew at (207)829-6181 or (207)899-9119.

Seacoast Postpartum Adjustment Group-Portsmouth, New Hampshire...The group meets Monday nights at 7pm.  For more information and registration please contact Liz at (207)363-1379.  Your call will be returned within 24 hours.
